apparently in the title it says army. but our color guard is different. it probably is army field manual section3-21.5

one thing for sure, they sure as hell arent following FM22-5 for this performance. no where is there a command for "inspection arms" as the color guard commander the hardest part i had was keeping my team inside the small drill area for wheels and reverse of colors. the rest is a cake walk. DO NOT SWING ARMS ON YOUR WHEELS!!! but can tell this isnt from military dependants.
