This animation was too difficult to understand... I couldn't hear what the narrator was saying even though all of the speakers and sound modifiers on my computer were turned to full blast.

I had this experience when I caught poison ivy,i was in a hot bath and had a real sense of relief,someone said it was histimine being released in my stomach,they said it was folic acid too,is that possible?
