very nice bro, i do the same thing, but if you can get your hands on a decline you should try those, i find the larger rage of motion to be very effective, but if you try them decline it adds in some shoulder rotation cause i start it on my sternum then rotate it up to my clavicle, like before a military press

I do. I use this as pasrt of 4 or so different situp type exercises that I use for my ab training, along with the different oblique and rotational type stuff we do.
