I remember buying this album after seeing the video "EVERYBODY DANCE" on BET in the fall/winter of 1985, it was a kick- ass album with every song on it a winner. I spent most of 1986 listening to this this classic album when mainstream Black Music had sounds and bands like this and the second single 'Affection'. I wish I was 19 again and wearing my Parachute pants Jheri Curls ,Japanesse Bandanna and trench coat. Time Machine anyone?

@theskystretchesblue U know, I never threw it in Audacity or Logic to pitch it down, but I know that Jesse has done the same thing on other records he produced for daKrash and Kool Skool for example...even his own tunes.

I worked in a record store when this album was released. I had our buyer to bring in 60-90 LPS because we were only getting 3 initially

You must have been fly and worked in a "wreckka sto" (under the cherry moon humor) don't forget the "swatch watch" and looking forward to the Prince and Revolution Albums or when any other Minneapolis act had an album coming out.
