Oryx and Crake - Major EnglishA30 Assignment

I read "Oryx and Crake" as a major novel study in my EnglishA30 class. As a major assignment, I chose to use the medium of film and ceated an artificial film trailor. The song is "East Hastings" by Godspeed You Black Emperor.

Not to nitpick, but pigoons in Oryx and Crake were not called 'pigoon' because their DNA was spliced with baboons, but because they were so full of multiples of human organs that it made them big like balloons.

Neat little trailer, in any case.

Oryx and Crake is an absolutely phenomenal book. I heard a rumour that a film version was in the works a few years ago, but sadly it seems to have fallen off the radar. Your trailer is probably the closest well ever get to an actual movie.

Im very pleased with your use of the flashbacks. Other videos on YouTube seem to miss that point.
