  • LMN lesion of the facial nerv mostly viral bells palsy,i woud like to lok at the ext.ear for possible herpes and rule oue any parotid enlargment.finally test the corneal reflex and the hearing for possible cerebellopontine angle lesion

  • Anwser to the condition? Lower motor neuron lesion of the VII cranial nerve, facial nerve. There are many causes, viral in origin in some cases. One has to take of the eyes and mouth, dry eyes, tearing and salivation. Thanks.
