Lmao y does every one of them shoot the same

kind of crazy, the way they have fans under the boards these days. more seats, more money. somebody gonna get killed one of these days, what with 300 llb giants, diving in to get balls. look how sparse it is, under the boards in this video!

@TheTweeter53 what are u talking man?of course players are much more athletic now, training technic and steroids is the reason, but that does n't make them better players.firts of all back then a player should know very good the basic of the b-ball and then was the talent,skills,athletisim...now
days there are many players who join nba and can't shoot or play team-game but only 1on1.as concern dunking,i hear players saying that even j.west dunk in some games...he was 6.3 but had long arms -
I love this video!

Anyway I can have the image at 00:01 for a wall paper? The cleanliness of the image, the old-old Boston Garden clock.
It looks amazing and awesome.

Damn, Baylor was like the Lebron of the 1960s; 6'5 220 pound SF back then is like 6'9 250 nowadays, nobody back then had the same combination of speed, athleticsm, shooting, court awareness and agility, etc.

@TheTweeter53 Just reminded of something about the ATL Hawks watching them against the Magic in the playoffs today. The Hawks of the 80s were infinitely more athletic than the team of today. And I'd take the 80s Hawks any day over these present-day "ballers" simply because the 80s team was made up of better, more skilled basketball players.

@TheTweeter53 By that reasoning the "better" athlete Josh Smith of ATL is a better player than the "lesser" athlete Elvin Hayes. NOPE. And you actually know how many of them played above the rim? How so? Are you aware of the fact that at one time dunking was seen as showing up your opponent and too flashy?

@amd77j I'm pretty sure in 1963 there was no national broadcast of NBA games. ABC started broadcasting their Game of the week in 1964-65. This particular game was probably a regional telecast to fans in Boston and LA. Yes, they could make mid range jumpers then, probably better than today. However, they were not nearly as gifted athletes then, nor could they play above the rim. Probably only 2 or 3 players could even dunk! Still, if anyone could beat you, it would be Red Auerbach!
Vintage.. i enjoyed watching this.. thanks for the upload LD.
