@arielgirl529 hey im just sayin! i was fortunate to know my grandfather who went to ww2 in his late thirties and told me about his experiences in kansas city in the twenties and thirties. his perspective was that of a hard life in which nothing was certain and danger was eminent. he worked for a candy comany till ww2 then volunteered for the navy. he retired from the railroad and lived to see the late eighties. he was a good man and told it like it was. i was glad he shared.
