Fog of Love
By: Aaron Doull
Falling off their hate to take on sadness,
Drowning oceans fed by tears of madness,
Erasing her last thoughts pumping badness,
Rise along skylines and work for gladness,
He said hi and she said bye in blandness,
That love story was told too many times,
He wins his final chance on his black dimes,
Singing love to trap her in lustful chimes,
She plays his games and sings so it all rhymes,
Singing the closing song for love that grimes,
On the night of the night before the dawn—
She rises into the atmosphere gone,
Her endless thick red line finally drawn,
She ends the war down to his final pawn.
