Don't waste hundreds of dollars on an inversion table. Just get the Teeter boots and hang from a bar either at your gym, a park, or for home get the Teeter bar that's only $100. An inversion table is the equivalent of training wheels on a bicycle. Build your abs by lifting yourself back up to the bar, instead of taking the easy way out.
@gogetatr12 Yea bro I've done sit-ups on it,and its freaking awesome man,(plus it doesn't put any strain on your back, and neck like regular sit-ups do). The thing really gives you a good stretch all over,I love throwing kicks,so it helps with being able to be flexible for sure. If you know who Diego Sanchez is,I remember seeing him on one during one of the Countdown shows. It for sure puts less pressure on your ankles as oppose to the stock ankle locks). So to your question,Yea it works!!
@bigdee1983420 Have you done sit ups with it? I was at my uncles for 2 weeks and used it for my situps and its amazing. I just ordered my own. Im into mma as well let me know if the boots are worth it because I noticed the stock ankle locks hurt mine as well.
Just bought a pair of these because the things that hold you up hurt your ankles, while fully inverted. Hope they work,I bought the EP-550/650 series so far I've noticed that I'm more relaxed after using it. The thing really improves overall flexibility, which I'm all about due to my passion for mma.

Do not waste your money with this company, their customer service is terrible

Because inversion tables with roller foot grips are uncomfortable. So this is a workaround.
