========================READ DESCRIPTION FOR THOUGHTS========================

The inner frame comes preassembled in the box, and as such, there are several things noticeable right away: namely, nub marks EVERYWHERE. While I appreciate not having to cut from the tree itself, and having a smaller box (lowering shipping costs in the process) due to lack of frame sprues, having to take the kit apart to clean it up sort of sucks.

That said, this guy will mostly be covered by armor, so no need to go overboard. HOWEVER. I will say one absolutely crucial thing: MAKE SURE YOU HAVE PLENTY OF GLUE/CEMENT. This kit contains NO traditional polycaps found in Bandai models, so every joint is plastic-on-plastic. Also, true to Koto tradition, connecting pegs are very very tiny, so you'll need to be generous in your application of glue at key points of the frame.

Those are the main flaws of this inner frame. It stands roughly the size of a Bandai 1/144, yet as you can see, the shoulders have IMMENSE amounts of articulation, allowing it to pull of this amazing Kamehameha pose. Granted, the armor will lessen that, but it's impressive nonetheless.

Look forward to this guy in the future, and thanks for watching!

  • @KuruZaku Definitely!

  • so would you recomend this kits I've seen them at a Anime store for 40 dollars and was kind of interested in it.

  • @2Old4Toys Indeed! I'm a fan of them at any scale so long as it's an interesting pose and not just the simple "fist" variations

  • Awesome photo work, this is a very interesting looking frame. Looking forward to seeing the model with the armor applied.
