The Star Fucking Hipsters put on a double header at the Middle East in cambridge MA on 7/4/10. I went and recorded a lot of the 1PM show. (all ages) After the show i was lucky enough to catch a short interview with Sturgeon and Frank of Star Fucking Hipsters.

fuck touring, i can find that out on my own. you shoulda asked him about his take on the mexican cartels being militarized by the US government for financial gain thru drug trafficking or his personal philosophies (i know its in his music but id like to hear it first hand) or about his childhood and why is it that avocado is fucking amazing .. for future interviews(:

@bootboy04 why are people bitching about shit that doesn't matter? who gives a shit about the lens, you can still see fine. it's better than not having an interview. give the dude a break, he's obviously a fan of the band asking spurr of the moment questions and is probably better than any of you at conducting an interview. i thought sturgeon was being his usual not so charming self being a slight asshole but still fun to watch.

@rorschach775 I'm not sure Stza was trying to be a dick or make the other dude uncomfortable, seems more like stza is just sort of socially awkward. The interviewer did ask pretty simple, one word questions, but that could have been for a lot of reasons, like maybe he didn't have experience. But I don't think Stza was intentionally being a dick, but who knows?
