@margondine Yes it's a shame he wasted so many years on movies not worthy of his talents.
Barbara Streisand visited Elvis backstage in Las Vegas and offered him the lead male role in 'A Star Is Born' he was very excited about doing it but Parker turned it down. Very sad the way he was managed.
