I have a question, Do you use Zbt's for their sound or their price?

I used them for price but im planning on slowly changing to Zildjian A Customs.

For the price they have an amazing sound so I would reccomend them if you are a beginner or do not have the cash for a pricier cymbal.

@hai2you2 That's your personal opinion. I don't like K/Z too. I got Meinl Byzance Trad. With bright cymbals I strongly prefer lower alloy like Paiste Alpha, 2002 Zildjian ZHT or Meinl Soundcaster, MB10 and even some of the Classics. Everybody has his own style and need.

@Zofti It was when I was young starting out, I picked out some K/Z s and ordered them. The ones that came sounded so bad I could not even stand them. I learned that all cymbals sound very different and never order them, play the exact ones you will buy. Z's are crap compared to what they were years ago. Sabian kills them.

@marcshub Paiste Alphas are awesome for the money. I stopped using Zildjians after buying a few top line cymbals and being very unhappy with the sound. Zildjians are not what the used to be.
