Official gifts given to late Romanian dictator Nicolae Ceausescu will go under the hammer in Bucharest.
A bronze yak statue, leopard skins and silver doves are among the items being auctioned off. Other items include Communist-era posters, medals, photos and flags some dating back up to 70 years ago.
The event is being billed as the Golden Age a reference to the final years of Ceausescu's rule, when Communist party officials painted a rosy picture of life in Romania. Ceausescu was overthrown after the 1989 anti-communist uprising. He was executed along with his wife Elena.
