Henry Fillmore wrote several ragtime compositions for trombone in the early 1920s. This one, from 1924, is played here by Steve Drivon (melody trombone), Patrick Aranda (accompaniment trombone) and Robyn Drivon (tuba).

They're reading from the piano & trombone score. Patrick is making up his own accompaniment based on the piano part.

This was at the 11th annual Sutter Creek Ragtime Festival in Sutter Creek, California, on 15 August 2009.

  • @LtGerbal There is a book of the trombone rags of Henry Fillmore called "Lassus Trombone -- Plus 14 Other Hot Trombone Rags", ISBN 0825800048

  • I know you said they're reading from the piano and trombone score but where did you find it? I can't locate it anywhere
