When I try to put an eyelash , its like if i putted opacity .. its like 'under' the blur .. how do i make it ontop like u did wtf ??

@poisonxprince i sure wish i knew how you got that toolbar to come up at the right of the screen.. i've got corel pro x3 and when i open the program i do not have that same toolbar box that you do :(
