  • Put it on the grill and frier and show us what it looks like after 3 months.

  • @compaq2441 ..........lol.......it's everywhere now, including wood burning locations where the system goes off 2 times each day, keeping it completely clean!

  • Similar in theory to a Gaylord Water Wash system. Two days without chemical detergent and the nozzles will be clogged and it may never operate properly again.

  • @nfpa96 it goes off everyday and twice a day where needed, we also check the system every 3 months when we fill the cleaning solution

  • Again put it on the grill and frier side and see how it does.

  • @compaq2441 you're funny, do you get the system yet? you really can't see how this keeps the entire system clean by spraying our solution at 60psi covering every inch? you're in denial

  • Very cool system. Do you know if the NFPA 96 committee has had a chance to look at it? It would be great to get this implemented in to the codes.

  • Why not put a mister in the Charbroil side for a real test. The oven side test is lame. How about a Oriental restaurant? Ooops , it probably doesnt work on a real dirty system with real grease buildup.

  • First off... That hood should be cleaned quarterly with that kind of build up on the char grill side. Put that thing on the that side and nobody would be impressed...

    Secondly... Water-wash systems break constantly, and are extremely expensive to purchase and operate regularly.

    Why would this junk be any different? Keep the standard hood and keep the cleaning frequency consistent and the restaurant wont burn down.

  • If they are there 6 hours they are probably doing good work and there is a lot of grease in the system.
