This video covers from the start of the game to the start of the back hall (hub 2). I have edited out some loading screens. This is already 48 seconds faster than my old run.
Below is an overview on what the hell is going on:
(1) Rainy Hall (114.1 seconds)
Nothing too noteworthy here. I dick around with the props in the initial cut-scene and make sure to open the door for later. In the stab hallway I don't stay tight to the wall so that when Daniel falls he falls around the corner without me having to hold left and slow him down. I also get a boost off the door frame at the end to speed up going down the stairs.
(2) Old Archives (29.4s)
I hit the speed trigger (to reset walking speed to maximum) in the lantern room before going outside the map using the rock-pile to skip the lantern.
(3) Entrance Hall (Skipped)
I skip the entire entrance hall hub area by loading the auto-save of the level and spamming the use key on the loading screen. This saves 38 seconds from my old run!
(4) Distillery / Refinery (51.9s)
I get a boost of the initial planks of wood and use a save-glitch to get the box to push me through the floor. I then get a boost off the roof/wall/railing to speed up the sprint to the door.
Nothing too different from the previous run here.
(5) Cellar Archives (39.2s)
Nothing really different from the previous run here. I use another save glitch to avoid having to lift the second gate.
(6) Cellar Maze (19.15s)
Did both the tricks in one segment as opposed to two, and did them both faster. I use the barrel to boost outside the map, then the other barrel to boost over the gap. This really is a difficult segment!

Timing Notes:
Timing starts when first control of the character is gained (the frame where the first subtitles appear on the don't forget line). Loading screens and time spent in the escape menu (for saving) is not counted.
Great improvement. This is gonna be awesome.
