Mike Lebowitz Outlines the Defense in Adam Kokesh's Case

At a Union Station press conference, in Washington, D.C., on June 1, 2007, lead counsel, Mike Lebowitz, outlined the defense in the First Amendment-related case concerning Iraqi War Veteran and ex-Marine Sgt., Adam Kokesh. The matter focuses on the right of a former member of the military to dissent from the views of the Bush-Cheney Gang with respect to the ongoing war. Kokesh is facing charges from the Marine Corps for wearing parts of his uniform at a recent anti-war demonstration. His hearing is set for June 4, 2007, in Kansas, MO. Attorney Lebowitz was introduced at the press conference by another co-counsel in the process, Kevin Zeese. Like Sgt.
