to be standing on that bridge with the water that high was completely nuts!

This boat (or another from Howard) eventually capsized during rescue efforts on Thursday in flooded areas just north of Williamsport.

I am a Hughesville/Muncy native and it's nice to see some documentation of this crazy flood. I am now a Bloomsburg resident and it's pretty terrible here still. Still no running water and hundreds of homes ruined.

ppl should prolly not be on the bridges when they're like that. I've seen a lot of local bridges that looked totally safe the day before, and they're not there as I type this.
