Ray Smith JUST SMOKIN Before Ray formed his own 2 bands Poet And The One Man Band & Heads Hands and Feet, then turning to composing He was a very accomplished picker and in very big demand, Ray backed Ben E. King on his first English tour, he also recorded with Rod Stewart, Zoot Money, Shirley Bassey, Don Everly, Jerry-Lee Lewis just to name a few.

P.S....re.00.45....I once put a (plain) Lucky between my Jazz Bass strings at a rehearsal. A few minutes later I leaned the bass (facing) against the amp. Needless to say, I'd forgotten the ciggie which burnt right into the speaker cloth and left a grungy black crater in the Bass. I think they call that rocknroll.
