"Lucy, you got some 'splaining to do!" ~ Lucy the cat takes a nap on my keyboard!

Lucy the cat just came back from a nocturnal vigil at the back window when she found a hotspot - under my desklamp at my computer. Being a cat, naturally she chose to sleep on my keyboard and mouse! She messed things up so bad by depressing one key, causing multiple iterations of a program upload, that my only practical way out was to shut my computer down. Lucy continued to sleep until she was ready to get up. She also turned off the video sound.
[Since this was posted, the kitties had a trip to the vet for shots and evaluation of their overeall health. They passed the physical, but, once again, I mistook a neutered male for a female! This little mistake meant I had to come up with a boy name for the cat featured in this video. Ginger it is, as in Ginger Baker, drummer supreme in Cream and other bands over the years. Ginger the cat is a world-class improvisational artist as well. All hail Ginger!]

@Antoniodu3 See note below: Lucy turned out to be Louie, but he definitely had a cattitude about things like where to sleep. The Persian kittens that replaced him after he died last August chose the exact same place to snooze and walk. It probably feels comfortable since the keys give a little resistance but sink down too.

@1in1000000 He's just come to live in a home after several days in a pound where dogs barked all day and he had to put up with it. I think he did sleep much more at first, but was more active after he was at home for a few weeks.

@babyfran05 Actually, "Lucy" turned out to be a neutered male, so your sense of things was right. He was my first ever cat, and I had some mistaken notions about how you determined cat sex. Ha! I know now. I know!

@phainopepla95 hold the phone. i found an orange cat that's probably a female. it's a vid where there's this kitten and then this orange cat come along and picks him up and walks away! lol. i'm not %100 sure how cats work, but i figure that would be the mother. anyway, orange cats wreck shop. thanks for the upload.

@babyfran05 In my ignorance, I thought Louie was a female cat. He is my first ever cat, and I since have learned what you say: orange = male! Ha! As a neutered male, there was some evidence of his maleness, but insifficient for an amateur, I guess, to figure "it" out! I probably should change the titloe one of these day, though tghe reference to "Lucy" and Lucille Ball doesn't work with a male cat, does it? Ha!
