they both won the lotto. its showing the two ways of life people can take after winning, keep your low end job, and afford more fun in your day because, you dont HAVE to work anymore, or live large, and show it.

It just doesnt always have to change who you used to be.

@BestofCommercials Well, I'm not Norwegian or British, I am American and I THINK THIS IS THE FUNNIEST BEST COMMERCIAL EVER!!!! LOL!!!!! I LOVE IT! Posted it on my Facebook and we can't stop laughing :D! And we get it, but I will admit, me and my family & friends have a strange sense of humor so maybe that's it. :).

Well the song is actually a big 70's hit,so rich people would have definitely heard of it at least once,but even if they know the lyrics a typical rich person would never sing it out-loud especially with a taxi-driver.

Yeah dude I agree with your viewpoint, I didn't see it from the angle described by thegodofmailmen at all. But I do agree with that now.

My dad's a taxi driver and it was the fact that the driver kept rejecting passengers everytime I thought "he must have won the lotto!" (if he could afford to do that) and went off that assumption. I had never heard the song before so wouldn't assume that only sub-class people would know the song!

Yeah i dont really think that's the point dude..I agree with 'Thegodofmailmen'.

The one who won the lottery is the guy in the suit,therefore since he once was a mid-salary man just like all of us,he remember the song,and of course can't resist to dance.

PS: a lot of taxi drivers can choose who they take .. you dont have to be a millionaire so your point is pretty weird :P
