Actually, I think this is right, really right. God's Church is called to help each other and their community. (See Acts 2 and really the whole Bible.) This is the Church doing what it is supposed to do! I think its clear we cannot rely on the government to be the example.

Although what these people are doing is god and proper, I don't know, but to me it all seems a bit wrong. the government should be caring for these people through taxation as a god given right in the 'Land of the Free' it takes religious volunteers to the job some fat cat from Washington should be doing. but I'm glad to see that someone takes their responsibilities for thier fellow humans with such good cheer.
