@omgbygollywow That's the center of the transform, you can tell it where you want the "anchor" of the transform to be (or something like that). :)

@xDarkistic Try moving the shadow layer below the person layer in the Layers panel.

I don't have a create layer, I just have a create layer style and when I click it it gets rid of my drop shadow I just made

@KCBunne This process might not work in Photoshop CS3 and earlier editions, or in Elements.
