  • hey people can u tell why is that orange flag used in this in such manner and what does it stand for?????

  • Well this music is a cultural art of Maharashtra state which is in India....

This music is dedicated to Lord Ganesh the elephant headed god.

Well Orange is a colour of Hinduism & that's a holy flag of Hindus.

  • WHO IN THE HELL ARE YOU TO TELL THEM TO STOP PLAYIN TASSA? If it wasn't for India, there would be NO TASSA IN TRINIDAD. Tassa, bass and jhaal are Indian instruments, they NEVER originated from the caribbean. You ignorant fool. Think before you post, I promise you can't do any better than these guys!

  • @ChristannJ I agree, and no I'm not indian, I'm a black Trini! I love Tassa!

  • @patankaraditya hey brother how are you doing i havent heard form you in a while>> how are tings in india?

  • @ChristannJ You real ignorant just like the average tassa man. Don't judge tassa in India by this video, it have ah set of drummers in diff. parts of india who would send trini tassa men BACKPEDDLING in a jassal. Learn and do research before you post an ignorant comment.

  • Great work..I love it..Wonderfully done.

I would love to share with you that interestingly there is a different style of tassa in the island of Trinidad in the Caribbean. It is great to see this part of the culture at the

other end of the world. Let's keep it going and alive.

  • jai maharashtra!!!!!!

  • Realy to listen this beats of tasa we should be in real fild without that it canot be realise.

  • Great to expose culture like this but it sounds like a western marching band? Where is the unique-ness of the Indian influence ? Tennors sound more like a drum snare, not so?

  • @delicia11 yes yes our tassa sounds sooooo sweet :-)

I appreciate our culture... it's unique!!!
