This is the 5th track off the album "Tantilla" (1989).

A little Americana folk mixed with college underground alternative. This band haled from Richmond, Virginia and enjoyed a decade long presence from the mid-80's to the mid-90's.

They were a two-man band featuring Bryan Harvey on vocals and guitar (upper left), and Johnny Hott on drums. (lower right).

  • Great song, great band. I miss these guys a lot. Listened to them a ton in high school and college. Such a great live show.

  • I'm the photographer of those shots that are from Wikipedia. Fun to see this particular propagation of the images.

  • When Tantilla came out I listened to it several times a week for months and dubbed a cassette copy from the CD so I could hear it while driving too. I'm delighted to find this track uploaded and just wish more people had had the pleasure of hearing them. I also saw them live in Baltimore and was astounded to see how well they pulled off the music with just the two of them.
