Ok first off, that old guy who THINKS hes directing the bus, should be shot and run over. HES DOING WRONG ... if I ever saw my spotter waving his hand, I'd be calling the paramedics. Second, try backing up A) a fish bowl with armstrong steering B) backing up a bus in the dark with the sun in your face C) backing up a bus with someone having a hand convulsion. Not as easy as it looks
