The Ramones cover of the 1967 cartoon show.
It appears as a hidden track in the vinyl version of their 1995 album ¡Adios Amigos! and their 1996 album Greatest Hits Live. This version was also on the 1995 compilation album Saturday Morning Cartoon's Greatest Hits. It was also performed live at their last ever concert and recorded on We're Outta Here.

  • How can there be a "hidden" track on vinyl?

  • Not a clue, I kinda just copied and pasted some stuff to the description. Didn't want to leave it blank or put "The Title Says it all".

But hey if anyone knows, do tell us.

  • "train in vain" by the clash was a hidden track on vinl, and was the band's biggest u.s. hit at that point. and spiderman is also on the adios amigos c.d. (hidden). no one corrected it 'cuz now all the kids get their music digitally i guess (c.d.s are almost as obsolete as vinyl...)

I guess I'm really old for knowing the answer - lol- but a hidden track on vinyl is a track that wasn't listed on the label in the middle of the disc or on the album cover. When you looked at the vinyl you could see that there was an extra track [if you counted] but nowhere did it say what it was. A sticker on the outside plastic wrapper would tell you the name of the hidden track.

  • i luv there ramones

  • Go to: Japanese Cavemen in F# minor

  • @flyingtractor88 u record it with the last song on the album but u leave like 6 minutes until it starts playing so most people wud just take it out when they hear the end of the last song.

  • @flyingtractor88 It can be done. Special grooves can be made that only play under certain conditions. The most famous example is "The Monty Python Matching Tie and Handkerchief" that featured double grooves that would play different content based on where the stylus was put down.

  • @EddieBut666 play it backwards?

  • @EddieBut666 The Beatles had a hidden track on their Abbey Road album.

  • fucking rad!

  • @RichYan33 Right. Before those albums went to a CD format, they were on vinyl, which had the three grooves.
