It's even worse than just illegal wiretapping now.

google search "Obama wiretapping rawstory" and read the first thing that pops up.

As it says in that article, Obama has invoked state secrets to prevent anyone from being able to sue the the Gov. or telecom companies for spying on them. The government will also withhold any info. about past abuses.

So the Obama Admin. is not just continuing the Bush agenda, they're pushing it further.

The U.S. Gov. reeks of fascism.

i love how all these big companies are doing terrible right now.. but does anyone kno if the elites planned this? or are benefitting from this, besides the huge bailouts? and i hope more and more of these terrible companies disappear so smaller businesses can come up and grow

I think you're right. I heard Obama wants to continue with Bush's illegal wiretappings. And I heard he also wants to continue granting retro active immunity to telecommunication companies who cooperated with Bush's illegal wiretapping program. And as far as his military escalation in Afghanisistan goes, I certainly don't support that as well.

President Obama may be a puppet for Wall Street. But I think you're right. President Obama is the lesser of the two corporate candidates. Me personally, I'm more of a Ralph Nader guy. But I did vote for Obama last November, just for the reason I didn't want McCain in the White House. As far as Ron Paul goes, there are some issues I agree with him on. And others I don't agree with him on. But guys like Paul & Nader should have legitimate shots at being president as well.
