Tort reform is a joke if a doc kills your kid is his or her life only worth 250k. Again its your child.

Obama has said he is willing to work with all parties on tort reform.

The Republicans don't want that - they just want to use tort reform as a way of trying to kill the h.c. reform.

2) they are poor. If they get a tax credit they are more likely to spend it on the immediate necessities as opposed to spending it on h. insurance for some possible future illness. If they don't buy a h. plan, they still do like they do now - they use emergency wards, the most expensive form of h.c. - at everyone else's expense.

This republican actually says tax credits for poor people is better than ensuring they have a h.c. policy.

That is so incredibly dumb it's hard to know where to start.
