Yikes, this recording is really sped up and the pitch is too high. The song is originally by Leadbelly who was friends with Paul Robeson. I believe it was Robeson who introduced the song to Bhupenda when they got to know each other during Hazarika's days at Columbia (along with "Ol' Man River")
