What size bulgar did you use and what can you use besides walnuts as a filling? (allergic :P )

@rchater2 , Sorry about your allegories! i used fine bulgar, the one that is dark in color. i think for a filling you may use mixed vegetables such as peas, carrots and onions, make sure you add Sumac to the filling , it makes a great difference in taste. good luck and happy new year.

@cat2009cat , is it because it is fried? you can have it as a treat every once in a while. i have another video of the same dish but baked in a pan and not fried, that should have less fat in it. but the oil i used in it is Olive oil which has no trans fats and i only fry with canola oil, which is also has no trans fats in it.
