North Carolina was on a tour and played the Bulgarian national team (with Carter's teammate Vasco Evtimov's father Ilia) in the Netherlands (home country of Carter's teammate Serge Zwikker).

i really like the dunk at about 40 seconds. Put the ball in one hand, take your steps, bring it back up with two hands and put it down. He didn't get up high, but he made the most of it.
