i love you jeff!!!!!!!!!!!

seriously, who cares about the guitar skills? If anyone is interesting in a pure guitar demonstration, visit a circus or a concert of Satriani...I prefer a good melody well sung

@coachhiggs Oh, and here's an interesting behind-the-scenes tidbit...I was talking to one of the guys who was involved in the recording of Grace and he said the record label wanted to bring in another guitarist to do Jeff's parts! They obviously changed their minds but isn't that wild?

@coachhiggs I agree completely. He could truly fill a room with just the guitar and his voice.
What is still very underrated about JB is what a great guitarist he was. One of his biggest admirers was Jimmy Page. Page said Jeff was one of the finest guitar payers he had ever scene. He want to see JB live just to see what kind of tricks he used with backing tracks and such. He left the show blown away, and as he said, a little jealous at how good Jeff was.

@ehipeao Because those people haven't actually tried to sing this song themselves and see how ridiculously impossible this song is to sing even for a talented singer. You'll find a lot of Prince songs, and Jim Morrison singing and playing a lot of sharp and flat notes, and it's a rare talent to sing through these changes without sounding like you are howling, but Jeff has mastered it, bc to me, he is attempting an expression & mood not capable in standard keys. My two cents.
