Obama doesn't know dick about California, nor does he care. He cant answer this because he doesn't have the teleprompter. He started on one topic and went towards another. Ahhnold and Sacramento are BANKRUPTING Ca, and maybe it needs to happen, because we cannot afford the illegals or the unions anymore.
