Here's Sergio's 235 Chevy engine on the Simtester @ Costa Mesa R&D Automotive Machine. The Simtester initializes the camshaft and performs a low-stress break in of the engine. www.engine-machining.com (949) 631-6376

  • i wish my local machine shop had one of these

  • what, no beehive springs?

  • thanks alot

  • it's just to break in the engine under very low stress and heat conditions

  • I believe if you fully balance and blueprint a engine then run it on a low stress break in you can get 350,000 miles out of an engine easily

  • what that engine from?

  • Yeah I think that's the real reason it for break in and testing oil pressure. You don't need 50-60 turns to check if something hits, catches or grinds.
