You really need to develop your reading comprehension skills. I clearly said that the tune was written long ago and is called "Canaan's Happy Shore" and that the LYRICS have been changed hundreds of times. And that is a fact. It's easy to prove. The evidence is abundant.
Just because the only version you know is about the civil war only demonstrates your ignorance.

I did not respond directly to your comment concerning "The Battle Hymn of the Republic" -- And if you are going to argue about each of our educational levels you should know by now that there are grammatical rules about properly writing song titles.

Was written during the Civil War by a woman who was captivated by a group of soldiers who sang "John Brown's Body". It was in fact the marching beat that caught her attention and compelled her to write the song

I think I know the deal with Steve Drain. Since he has no obligations to stay in the church, he's obviously suffering from a mild form of Stockholm Syndrome. If you're unfamiliar, this is when a kidnap victim develops a sense of affection and loyalty toward his/her captor.

Sure, that's understandable. It's hard when they are attacking you personally. Interestingly though, they think people like me are worse since I'm a gay enabler and they say this because "they are not motivated by lust." Everyone is going to hell according to them when you get down to it. It is certiantly a hard thing to do, so I understand

Actually, according to their estranged son Nate Phelps, Marge Phelps is of partial Native American descent, so that would make the children some degree or another Native American.
