@kgkidz4life Thats not true everyone at a high level does catch with it out front that is just taught to little kids by daddies that dont know how to play corrsctly
@kgkidz4life Its in a game you want that quick transfer, unless the bases are empty, if they are your hand schould be behind your back. you'll never be able to throw people out a 2nd if you dont have a quick transfer!
@CoasterMatte It works fine, in a drill. But in a real game you want your catcher to have his none glove hand behind his back for protection. So I just think practicing with one hand behind and bring it to the front helps a little more for real life situations.
@kgkidz4life it is a bad idea to put ur spare hand behind ur back cuz ur shoulder pad moves back...put it behind ur leg
