  • One of the most beautiful renditions of Battle Hymn of the Republic that I've heard since Herbie Mann did it on Memphis Underground. Bradley Leighton's version here.

  • it is exceedingly hard to "rock out" on a flute. god knows I've tried, but this guy absolutely sells it. though the shrieky high notes are a bit obnoxious, no one can deny the man has skills

  • A very nice rendition indeed. That looks like a unique mike set up. Anyone know what he's using?

  • He's having an out of body experiecnce, save this video. He's playing a song with such feeling that only the Angels can understand. Feel priviledged, he's second to the great Herbie.

  • aww that's so cool

  • All I can say is WOW, moving.

  • Herbie Mann owns this song

  • Very touching, I was really moved by his version.

  • @robertdegiro

    DITTO! Incomparable.

  • A National Treasure ..... Without a doubt he gave us his best abd we appreciate it. The Man is a "Wonder"

  • @haddie50 Yup, nobody does it like the Mann did it.

  • 'Hey', ain't that...I mean 'isn't that Grady Tate on drums? Yep, you better believe it! Way to go dude!!!

  • One Nation, under 'God' with 'liberty-and justice' for "all"
