Well, I'm only 18. There are a lot of mistakes I can make at this time in life. Trust me, I keep a sharp lookout for trouble and problems if I can. I usually do a good job of it, if I may say so myself. Back to the video, I think this is a great leap forward in robotics, even if the legs are attached to a box that is in turn attached to wires running to the ceiling. Even ASIMO doesn't walk this fluid.
You attitude is nearly perfect, I'd just suggest a habit of vetting your actions for suffering impact. Rather than merely waiting until evidence crosses your path.
Ah, my mistake. Well, point being, it's a very interesting show, my favorite anime, and I'm very interested in the concept of cyberbrains and mind uploading. The concept of living beyond current life expectancy peaks my interest. Well, it's not that I don't care for others, but if I fail to see any other one suffering because of myself, I'll continue onward. And when problems arise, I shall try and meet them with vigor.
Commendable, except one wonders what the cost to others is, no matter how remote, for your happiness, and even if zero, or negative, no state lasts indefinitely.
I hope you are aware, my previous message was a direct quote from Ghost in the Shell, not an admonition towards you.
As the poet said. Time is the fire in which we burn.
The solution to all social problems is to understand the desire that people who cause those problems fulfill in causing them and to obviate that need or find a better way to provide for it.
People don't care because they are required to compete and in order to destroy a person, via victory, you must first steel your heart against their plight.
So, the solution is to see that there is a less harmful path to victory.
Disruptive technologies, Transhumanism and gynoids will save us :)
Yeah, you've got a point, ergo I agree. Regardless, I wish more people actually cared about educational debates. But, in that sense, I guess it's like the speed limit; you care at first, or care more to begin with, but gradually most slip into not giving a fuck. You could argue that that's the a big problem with society: people not giving a fuck. That, however, is a problem that is substantially harder to solve.

If you don't already do that of course.
