@calebandstef your other problem of using it to power their own androids is often large powerfull militarys don't face each other off in battle, for example the last time two major matching armies met was world war two, the cold war was close but never quite made it all other battles have had one far superior force, i.e. in afganistan/ iraq, korea. etc. so the force with the andriod army would normally be up against other humans so stealling power will not be a problem.

@calebandstef that could be a problem but that could be solved much like current communications are done through hiding the method the electricity is sent and making sure that only the recievers are able to convert the signal back into electricity because effectivly we and transfering energy and this could be done using a powerful laser with and photovoltaic type device as a reciever. like you say anything could be possible in 30 years time i mean look how far we've already come.
