REVIEW: Little Big Planet by Gamereactor

From time to time a game is able to reinvent an entire genre. Since the first trailer of Little Big Planet surfaced, it looked like LBP could be one of those games. Thomas Blichfeldt has been reviewing the game, and finally we're able to find out if Sony's little big release will be the remarkable game we've been hoping it will be.

I've got a 360 and recently got a ps3 and this game and this game is amazing. I actually feel the need to play this game every now and then

nooo way can this be compared to sonic r mario. sool muh better.. 10 /10 no doubt ...

@CazzaProductionz aw. it's worth it if you get some blu-rays and a few exclusives. but, i'm not you, so do what you like. if yo're into cg or sci-fi movies i would get it though.

@jlong908 i understand what your saying, but i wrote that like a year ago and ive changed a lot since then. i probably said that because at the time everyone was farting on ps3 owners and i had to show that we werent gonna sit in the dark and play. im against generalizations and being guilty by assosiation but i think that message was targeted towards the 360 guys who say bad stuff about ps3. the only reason i didnt get xbox at the time was because i had to pay for online, its still good

@transformersrocks123 the control scheme which is being copied to this day. grenades were in its own button meleing isnt its own weapon. the recharging health which is being copied by every one even uncharted. holding 2 guns at a time so it was a llitle realistic. and if u play perfect dark which came out a year before u can tell it hasnt aged well it felt clunky. but if u play the first halo it feels like a new shooter

@jlong908 Explain how it changed shooters. All I see are different races of aliens with weapons, weapons and vehicles that are suppose to be futuristic but act like regular jeeps or present day vehicles in other first person shooters(ex: Battlefield: Vietnam), and a silent protagonist (like I've haven't seen that before). I have played Halo before.
