How effective is the TOR against the HARM? Or say a small missile like the Maverick or Hellfire? And how effective is it against a low observable weapon like a JSOW or JASSM?

As a final question, how resistant is it to jamming?

@franknbeans4761 Tor intercepts targets flying with speeds up to 700m/s. HARM's speed is 630m/s. Other missiles you mentioned are even slower. Other aspect is a RCS. It is stated here that Tor can intercept a LGB. But I can't compare RCS of let's say 500lbs LGB and RSC of JASSM or Maverick.

Resistance to jamming depends on version.

The baseline Tor 9K330 (1984) is jamming prone and its missiles can be fooled more easier using countermeasures.

Tor-M1 9K331 (1991) has jamming-proof guidance channel and new warhead increasing hit probability and interception zone of low-flying targets. And it got 2 guidance channels. Still its missiles can be fooled with counter-measures as decoys and ECM.

@franknbeans4761 Tor-M1B (2007) received missiles more resistant to counter-measures like chaffs.

TOR-M2 9K332 (2008) is considered as new generation of SHORADS. With 4 guidance channels, increased effectiveness against saturation attack in jamming environment. Reduced crew from 4 to 3 men.

Contract with Libya for purchase of Tor-M2E wasn't accomplished. Only Belorussia will have Tor-M2 except Russia till 2014.

Iran has Tor M1 version.

Too bad Voennoe Dello is discontinued after 2005, if not, they will review Pantsir S-1, the best Russian air defense system.

@MatoVuc Nope. Since MT-LB is not a weapon system itself documentary producers don't show interest for it. Only to weapon systems based on MT-LB, like Strela, Gvozdika and Shturm AT.
