@TheDj0men not a lot of milk, but it makes them fluffier only 1 tablespoon of milk or more per 3 eggs is it..? milk of choice if you like..(and cooked milk should not bother lactose intolerant people btw)

1. You put it in the pan that is on just under medium heat with a little bit of butter or oil to make it slick,
2. Mix eggs thoroughly in a bowl and add 1 tablespoon of milk for each egg (add salt or pepper as desired)
3. poor eggs in.
4. mix eggs around and move so that all the liquid egg has a chanced to set up flat in the bottom of the pan.
5. once the eggs are solid and flat on the bottom of the pan and they look slightly wet on top flip once, cook, then flip again to check the other side

im very particular, you burnt the bottom im my eyes!!
light bright fluffy , and your not sapose to jsut lazily lift the eggs and let the liquid pour under the eggs (that doesnt make for an evenly cooked egg)
