I bought some of these on ebay and the red one doesn't work, I'm gonna do this in reverse order and a re-assemble it to see if it works after.

@bahsura Yes the Ions are better. Being that this review is over a year and a half old, GoodWood's products have fallen off greatly!! I think the Ion has stood up to the test of time. I have had mine going on 2 years and I have had no major problems. I had one pad that went out but was replaced by Ion. I have upgraded to the Mylar pads. The Cymbals could be better and is the weakest part of the Ion kit. However you can upgrade if you wish.

But let´s see, for Guitar Hero, the drums alone are like $99, plus this is $129, so $230 Ion´s are $249... I don´t know, for like $20 more it´s seems to be better. Is the ION that cool? How about the cymbals? Do they tend to fail as I have heard?
