All I have to say is that Jeph Loeb is a terrible writer. Of all the good DC stuff out there this is the one they choose to adapt.....makes no sense.

@lilbib93 Yes, she was. Unfortunately, that's ALL she was. They stripped away everything else about her that made her an interesting character.

The creators of public enemies went on record to say that this DOESN'T fit into the DC animated universe, it's just a strait-up comic adaptation.
