Bill Geary - Assistant Vice President at FNIS. A request to work from home was submitted in April of 2007. After numerous e-mails, Mr. Geary replied saying he did not have any local work from home positions, but turned around and approved Ms. Blacklys request. When a discrimination suit was filed the company argued performance led to the denial, but no one said this between April and July of 2007 and now the firm has no documentation to substantiate this allegation.
