this is so cool to see and hear like this!!!!! I didn't realize the guitar part nearly as much listening to the album, thanks for posting!!!!!!!

Steve has the most amazing guitar hands. WOW. I absolutely love how he emphasizes his chords with JUST the right staccato at perfect times. A true guitar legend!!!

@MrRichardNoggin There are tons of guys that have technique and sound like guthrie govan. He kind of reminds me of Steve Morse of the Dixie Dregs. A great technician on the guitar with a sterile processed guitar sound. Steve Howe has a very unique sound because of the hollow body and his chord and solo progressions. Its like Chet Atkins meets rock and roll. Nothing at all like a Guthrie govan. There are licks on the Yes Relayer album that are unlike anything I've heard from a guthrie or morse.

This man is beyond genius--he created a whole new guitar vocabulary! Truly amazing-- and he doesn't get enough credit for what he has done, not just for the art of guitar, but for music as a whole.

@onlymodestmouse you do know that steve howe is playing this right (not to sound dumb)

Absolutely amazing musician and composer! He makes it looks so easy, but just try doing this yourself, even if you are a musician.

Can you still buy this DVD that this came from?
whenever i see these videos i just wonder how on earth you write this stuff. This is no simple power chord crap. This is carefully calculated and educated note patterns that only steve howe can write.
